The human skull is a very elegant thing. As an object, it has been a focus of artists for
centuries. Artists have incorporated the skull into religious paintings. And, artists like
Georgia O’Keefe have preferred animal skulls.

Obtaining a real human skull was difficult, but I needed to work from the real thing.
